Our process will start with appraising your scheme, developing our own structural arrangement and from there creating a 3D model. We will then use the model to generate 2D GA (General Arrangement) drawings and details, these will be issued to you and your design team for review and comments. Once these, after coordination and several design iterations, have achieved approval we will proceed to our fabrication stage. At this point we will componentise the structure ready to proceed to manufacture, preparing all the relevant CNC and fabrication data as required.
The design and scheduling is informed by the install sequence, we will carefully consider this in partnership with our contracts team to get the most efficient outcome on site. This coordination will result in the preparation of detailed lorry loading plans and delivery schedules.

Depending on your project’s requirements, elements will either be manufactured in our own factory or sourced from selected supply chain partners. Once prepared the fabrication information will be shared with our supply chain, and we typically require a 12-week manufacturing timeline from approval to first delivery

We have a dedicated contracts team who will manage the onsite assembly. The team will produce site logistic plans, lift plans and RAMS as necessary. Assembly will begin with delivery of the product to your site. This will be provided on a “just in time” basis reducing site traffic and storage requirements. We have a dedicated team of trusted installers who will erect the structure to our requirements. Our engineering team will periodically visit to ensure that all details are being correctly installed to specification and manage any issues. These visits will include moisture checks inline with the moisture management plan.

Ahead of completion we will snag the structure to ensure all our products have been delivered to the specified standard
